Our coaches are all well qualified, have a love for cricket, and their aim is to coach you as professionally and effectively as possible. The coaches have the interest of every player at heart.

Die Nellie Afrigters hou gereeld vergaderings om die vordering van spelers en spankeuses te bespreek. Die afrigters is toegewyd om hul kennis van krieket aan elke krieketspeler by die Nellies oor te dra, om elke speler se vaardighede en tegniek te ontwikkel en om sinvolle en genotvolle afrigtingsessies aan te bied.

Elke speler se indivdualiteit, ontwikkeling, vermoë om in ‘n span te speel, die posisie waar hy speel,en waar hy voel hy maak ‘n sinvolle bydra sonder om blootgestel te word aan onnodige druk, verskil. If we all respect this, our players will have a better chance of just being boys, and playing and enjoying cricket. Our aim should be to provide the boys with, above else, the experience to develop a lifelong commitment to sport!
